DESCRIPTION: SHC Caregivers provide tailored, personal services for each unique client they serve. After having a thoughtful conversation with the client and family, we hand-pick caregivers who will align with them and present the opportunity to the selected caregivers. We are currently looking for caregivers that can provide personal care for our clients, as well as other assigned tasks including companionship, assisting with or performing household task, transportation, escorting a client to appointments, shopping, meal planning/ preparation and other related services. SHC caregivers come alongside client s family members and develop long-term friendships. These services allow SHC's clients to maintain their independence, choice, dignity, privacy and individuality while remaining at home.

BACKGROUND: Our caregivers have a variety of backgrounds. We have retired school teachers, financial planners, stay-at-home moms and of course, Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides. Our primary concern is that our caregivers have a passion for serving the elderly and some experience either in their own family or professionally in serving older adults. Above all, we want caregivers who serve because they want to make a difference and sincerely embrace our mission of enhancing lives through exceptional care.
