Support Specialist

Vanguard Cleaning Systems has an immediate opening for a talented Support Specialist to join its team. The Support Specialist will focus on providing individual unit franchisees with ongoing business support and certification programs and with facilitating account management with local small and mid-sized office locations within the region. It is a position that requires a high degree of professionalism and a service orientation. Successful Support Specialists focus on frequent communication with unit franchisees and are a resource for their businesses. They also play an active role in identifying and selling additional service needs such as floor cleaning and janitorial supplies among regional accounts. The office is looking for a results-oriented leader with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and organization skills with a proven track record of customer service achievements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background, a solid track record of success and one who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions * Uphold Vanguard Cleaning Systems standards for honesty and integrity * Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality * Present to decision makers regarding additional/needed services * Utilize excellent problem-solving, communication and follow-up skills * Collaborate with Regional Office team members and Unit Franchisees Desired Experience/Skills * Minimum five years prior successful customer service or account management experience (i.e., B2B, services) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong listening skills and empathy * Effective time management skills
