What We Offer * Career development * Work life balance * Collaborative, laid back working environment * Health, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) * Paid Vacation RESPONSIBILITIES: * Help ensure customer needs are met with quality and efficiency * Clean vehicles and body shop to ensure a safe and organized environment * Provide light body work to vehicles * Provide outstanding customer service experience by providing clear communication and building loyal clientele * Assist Collision Technicians in restoring a vehicle back to its original and operational condition after a collision * Help perform quality repairs in timely manner. * Work and communicate with others on vehicle repair status. * Examine damaged vehicle and repair processes REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience in a Collision Center / Body Shop is a plus * Previous experience of body repair and insurance processes a plus * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Must be willing to submit to a background & drug screen prior to employment
