FOH General Manager

Uma Casa Seeks General Manager.We are a new Modern Portuguese restaurant in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco. We are a tight-knit crew with a fully involved Owner and Executive Chef, Telmo Faria. We are seeking someone who loves to manage a small and eager crew, has experience with hospitality-driven neighborhood restaurants, and loves food and wine as much as we do.The ideal candidate is highly organized and motivated, has at least three years managerial experience, and is a hard worker. We are looking for a strong leader, with a contagious passion for hospitality. A firm grip of how to control costs and labor, understand P&L reports, and implement systems for accountability is a requirement. Experience with Aloha, Ctuit, and Resy a plus. Wine background and knowledge a plus-plus. Portuguese and Spanish speaking...unicorn status!We are offering a competitive salary to the right candidate.
