Full-Time Administrative Assistant position available at an emergency property restoration company based in South San Francisco. Responsibilities: * - Answer phones in a timely manner, politely and with an overriding attitude of customer service * - Process requests for new jobs, fill out appropriate forms for customer files and schedule inspections for the Project Manager(s) * - Maintain customer files, making sure they are kept up to date with any and all job information * - Maintain Employees Supplies, Training. * - Receive mail, email, faxes and route to the appropriate department/employee * - Ensure company forms and contracts are kept organized and that supplies of printed materials are maintained * - Assist with other tasks as requested Qualifications: * - Must have excellent verbal and written communication * - Must be detail oriented * - Must be able to multi-task and problem solve in an often fast paced work environment * - Must have good judgment, be trustworthy and reliable. * - Must have excellent time management skills to meet deadline * - Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and willing to learn other software programs * - Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred * A clean driving record and criminal history are required (must be able to pass a stringent background check).
