Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionLead (HVAC) and Assistant Maintenance Technicians with at least 6 mo. experience in multi-family homes. Applicants must have their own tools and transportation.- Experience in installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of building mechanical systems that include HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and major appliances. Knowledge of other systems on the property- gates, swimming pool, etc. Must be able to lead and work along side a team of employees. Will eventually be on after hours emergency call.Make-ready Technicians with 6 mo. experience in multi-family or single-family homes. Applicants must have their own tools and transportation.- Must be able to complete a make-ready checklist including the ability to do touch-up and full paint jobs, replace appliances, ceiling fans, light fixtures, repair sheetrock, lay tile, caulk bath area, change locks etc. Also, must be willing to clean up grounds and perform trash-outs.OPENINGS IN DALLAS AND TARRANT COUNTY!Company DescriptionSterling Personnel has successfully staffed the apartment industry in the DF/W metroplex since 1985.
