Assistant Service Manager - Full-time / Part-time

What We Offer: * Clean service department including 17 bays, large parts department and a technician lounge * Family-oriented and genuinely friendly work environment * Clear career progression with an opportunity to be promoted from within * Continuous training from the Service Management team with over 20 years of experience * Steady work load with an average of 2200 ROs/month * 401k * Dental * Health care * Vacation * Christmas Bonus * Paid Training RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service * Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers * Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer * Distribute work between technicians * Prioritize required services * Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience * Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled * Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical automotive knowledge * Demonstrated ability to manage others * Great communication and customer service skills * Organized and friendly personality * Dealership experience preferred * Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a huge plus
