Service Cashier - Full-time / Part-time

What We Offer:* Brand new state-of-the-art facility * Flexible Work Schedule (5 day work week) * We Promote a Work/Life balance * Paid Vacation and Holidays * Job Stability, Growth & Advancement * Ongoing Training and Development * Paid Uniforms * Updated Tools * EEO Employer * Paid Training * Under same ownership for 27 years * Full Factory Support Responsibilities: * Calculate the customer s bill using the dealership s computer system * Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket * Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers * Answer phone and direct customers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner * Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution * File paperwork and schedule appointments Requirements: * Experience with CDK/ADP computer systems is a plus * Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required * Ability to communicate customers interests, needs and request to management and sales personnel * Professional personal appearance * Clean driving record * Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to company s liability insurance requirements * Flexible schedule, including available on Saturdays
