Immediate FT opportunity for Assistant Service Manager: Looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to continue their Fixed Operations growth in our Nissan/Chrysler Service Department Must have a minimum of 5 year s Service Dept experience. Essential Duties will be to assist the Service Manager in operating an efficient and profitable department while adhering to our companies mission statement. Ensure all service personnel meet or exceed their job responsibilities. Be actively involved in customer interactions. Analyze all performance reports daily for improvement opportunities. Maintain the highest levels of CSI & Employee Satisfaction.
