SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dependable caregivers to fill 1 hour 4 hour shifts in Edmond, Yukon, Mustang, Moore, Norman, Midwest City, Del City, Oklahoma City, and surrounding areas!

SYNERGY HomeCare s mission is to enable our clients to live happy, healthy, and independent lives in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, assisted and/or independent living community, or nursing home.

Duties:
Provide general attention to clients non-medical needs
Assist with dressing and grooming
Engage and interact with the client
Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the client, such as performing light housekeeping and/or laundry duties
Prepare and serve meals as requested
Transport and accompany client on walks, to doctor s visits, to church, and/or other appointments
Remind client to take self-administered medications
Observe and report any changes in the client s mental, physical, or emotional condition to your supervisor in a timely manner
Complete required documentation of services
Maintain HIPAA standards of confidentiality regarding client information
Perform any other reasonable related duties as assigned

Must have a passion about caring for people
Must be willing to work anywhere from 1 hour shifts to 4 hour shifts
Must provide proof of Certification
Must provide proof of valid Driver s License
Must provide proof of Automobile Insurance policy in your name
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions as well as document the services provided in English
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
Must provide evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test (or willingness to obtain)
Must be able to pass drug screening
Must submit to a national criminal background check and fingerprinting
Must maintain a clean-cut, professional appearance at all times
Must participate in monthly in-service and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requested by SYNERGY HomeCare
