MON/WED/FRI 8am - 1pm
TUE/THU 8am - 12pm

56 year-old male client, lives with his wife. History of COPD, seizure disorder, Trachea (wife provides all trach care). Must be on ventilator overnight (wife provides all ventilator care). Client has difficulty rationalizing and reasoning at times but is alert and oriented. Suffers form short and long term memory loss. Requires assistance with bathing, dressing, meals. Needs standby and assist for safety with eating. Needs standby assist for transfers; he is able to self propel in wheelchair. Requires standby by and assist with walking and uses a walker. He is continent of bowel and bladder and requires assist with self cleansing. Client does smoke outside the apartment.

Our team is responsible for improving the daily lives of the clients we serve across the region. Depending on the care needed, your job duties will vary. Some members of our team simply provide companionship and ensure the client has a higher quality of life. Other openings require more hands on care (which typically require certification).

CNT's/Caregivers must be able to:
Perform personal care in assisting with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
Personal Hygiene (Bathing/Showering, Hair/Mouth/Skin Care, Grooming)
Ambulation/Transfers
Eating/Feeding
Continence/Incontinence Care and Toileting
Housekeeping/Homemaker Duties (i.e. dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, meal prep/clean up, clean bathroom, change be linens/laundry).
Medication Reminders

Applicants must have the following to apply:
1 year of professional care-giving experience (in-home or facility) or a CNA/HHA license in the state of Tennessee.
2 valid forms of identification (i.e. drivers license, social security)
Show proof of up-to-date auto insurance, have a valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
Must be able to pass a 7 point pre-employment background check
Must be 18 years of age.
