Automotive Technicians - Experienced - Full-time / Part-time

Position Overview Multiple Openings and Options (see below): Option 1: Job openings for automotive technicians interested in performing customer pay and warranty repairs on both New Subaru and Used vehicles. Also, customer pay work and service contract work on a variety ofbrands sold by our HUGE used car operation (that keeps a pipeline of work flow coming your way). Option 2: We also have openings for technicians interested in never seeing a customer who would rather hold themselves up in the shop working on an endless line of dealer owned used car inventory. Work on as much as you want, for as many hours as you are up to, earning as much as you can! Business is Booming and the shop is overflowing with work (New & Used Cars)! Make sure that you meet these basic requirements, and then get you your resume ASAP! * Minimum 1 year of experience performing routine vehicle repairs * ASE Certifications are a plus (Cash Signing Bonuses based on Certifications) * A track record of personal productivity (wanting to earn an above average living) * The ability to work a flexible schedule including some Saturday s (Closed Sunday) PS:We will pay technicians willing to work Saturday s additional bonus levels. * Must be at least 18 years old * Must have a valid driver s license * Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle * We are a drug free workplace (must pass a comprehensive pre-employment drug screen). * We are a smoke free shop (non-smokers encouraged to apply). What are people earning and flagging? * We sell 400 to 500 units a month, thus we always have a steady stream of work for those who WANT TO WORK! * A techs = $20-$30 per flag hour with bonus pay for ASE certifications (with the ability to run 100%-200% efficient making the equivalent pay as much as $40-50 per hour based on efficiency from flag hours). * B techs = $18-$20 per flag hour with bonus pay for ASE certifications (with the ability to run 100%-200% efficient making the equivalent pay as much as $36-$40 per hour based on efficiency from flag hours). * C techs = $15-$18 per flag hour with bonus pay for ASE certifications (with the ability to run 100%-200% efficient making the equivalent pay as much as $30-$36 per hour based on efficiency from flag hours). * Entry Level techs (Lube techs) = $10-$15 per flag hour with bonus pay for ASE certifications (with the ability to run 100%-200% efficient making the equivalent pay as much as $20-$30 per hour based on efficiency from flag hours). * We are here to support those technicians with high income goals and aspirations.We will help support these goals with lots of available work and hours.The rest is up to you!
