Description: Duties of this role will be to support the office and field staff in the day- to -day operations of the business. These duties will include data entry into CRM system, QuickBooks entry, billing, job scheduling, communicating with, coordinating and scheduling technicians, answering phones, collections, communicating with potential and existing customers, communicating and negotiating with insurance companies and adjusters, filing documents, as well as other responsibilities that go with the assisting the operations team. Experience: * Experience is not required but 1 year in a similar position is a plus. Skills: * Candidate must have excellent computer skills with extensive Microsoft Office experience * Be well spoken * Must be comfortable calling clients, property managers and insurance companies to discuss payments * Self-starter with a positive can-do attitude * Flexible and Adaptable * Ability to think and learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment * Must be a motivated team player * Reliable- drivers license and transportation a must * Must be organized and efficient * QuickBooks experience is a plus but not deciding factor. * Customer service experience is a plus Compensation: * 14.00/hr-16.00/hr * Full Time
