About this job
An Immediate need for a Inside Sales / Customer Service Rep that will provide efficient customer service to our customers. They will be communicating on daily basis with customers regarding orders, parts, pricing, shipping, invoicing & tracking via phone, email, and fax.
Functions:
- Answer phones,
- Process orders
- Provide order confirmation, status, and tracking information
- Work with Shipping Department on order requirements & shipping details
- Prepare skid shipment document & schedule pickups
- Create shipping labels Update/ prepare orders for invoicing

Requirements
Have basic data entry & computer skills. with ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
