RemX has partnered with an upscale e-commerce contact center located in Downtown Dallas.

You are invited to our Open House Hiring Event Come to our office between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

As a Customer Service Agent you will take inbound calls or online live Chats from customers placing orders for different upscale product lines and/or assisting with trouble-shooting to assist the call while they are placing their order on the specific client's website.

If you meet the requirements come to our office for a face-to-face interview as soon as you can.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service Experience
  • Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM
  • Available to work any day, Monday - Sunday. (You will be given a set schedule once selected)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not a requirement
