Job Description:
A Law Firm in Fort Worth is looking for a Document Administrative Clerk to start ASAP! The right candidate is someone that has some experience working in a professional office setting and is looking for an opportunity to get in with a great company to learn and grow their career and office skill set.
This is an entry level temp to hire position paying $8. 50/hr to start, with a pay raise after 6 months of employment and options to move up within the company to higher paying positions.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Observe rules governing privileged communications and confidential information.
Pick up and deliver documents, mail, messages, etc. from all departments to respective recipients/departments.
Make copies of documents for members who come to the firm.
Deliver all memos and messages to office recipients.
Other duties as required by supervisor.
SECONDARY JOB DUTIES:
Maintain general cleanliness of upstairs break room and ensure coffee is made.
Special projects as needed.
Working hours: 8am to 5pm
Skills:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Strong prioritization, organization and multi-tasking.
-Must be self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision.
-Ability to follow instructions and work within policies and procedures and deadlines.
-Familiar with use of Xerox machines, preferred but not required.
