Front Desk Receptionist - Full-time / Part-time

Description:

TheFront Desk Receptionistis a full-time role located at our Dallas headquarters. This position will check in and greet visitors as well as answer a multi-line telephone system and direct calls appropriately. Receptionist candidates must have excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills. A willingness to cross train and help in other areas is also important.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST ROLE:

• Respond quickly to incoming phone calls on the switchboard and answer callers with enthusiasm in a professional manner.
• Screen all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Keep front office / reception area tidy and presentable
• Greet and welcome employees and guests
• Maintain office security monitor log book, issue visitor badges
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier mail
• Support accounting department by preparing check remittance and matching invoices
• Miscellaneous data entry

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST PROFILE:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Must be able to manage a high-volume of phone calls in a polite and courteous manner.
• A strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Must have strong customer service skills and principles and a positive attitude towards visitors and staff
