Field Service Technician

Job Description: This position is responsible for all aspects of preventative maintenance, service, installation, and repair of commercial and household water treatment equipment. Our technicians also upgrade current equipment. Our Service Technicians must have a good driving record, drug Screen, and criminal background check; possessing no criminal or violent/theft misdemeanor convictions. A strong work ethic, pride in your work, and ability to show up on time are required. Responsibilities: . Conduct self in a positive and cooperative tone with both customers and coworkers . Possess outstanding communication and customer service and skills. . Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs on a repetitive basis. . Provide timely and effective resolution of service issues relating to all residential and commercial customers, including (but not limited to) equipment repair, installations, product deliveries, and upgrades. . Complete installation and repair/service of water treatment equipment in residential or commercial venues. . Offer products and services at time of service in order to ensure our customers have our best products. Qualifications: . High School Diploma or GED . Clean Motor Vehicle Record . Experience with troubleshooting(handyman mindset) and use of hand tools a plus(we provide water treatment equipment training) . Solid verbal communication skills . Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment including but not limited to: bending, twisting, reaching overhead, crawling, working in tight spaces, lifting and pulling (at times over 50 pounds). .
