Rogers Auto Group is looking for an experienced, Automotive Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing Business Development Center (BDC). We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service oriented person who understands the wants and needs of our automotive customers. Rogers Auto Group is a family owned and has been a solid fixture in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood since 1943. As a representative, you will work with sales leads generated through our online marketing campaigns and dealer websites. Internet leads are increasing in number, and you will have many opportunities in our fast paced environment.
Internet/BDC Representative:
- Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment.
- Make several outbound calls per day.
- Log all Customer comments.
- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
- Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for sales.
- Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Respond to Customer website requests.
- Contact Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule a Sales appointment.
- Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline.
- Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals
