Providence Home Care is looking for dedicated and caring Certified Home Health Aides to join our team! Providence Private Duty provides exclusive personalized services for individuals or families that need assistance with their activities of daily living. Our services enable clients to stay clean, safe, healthy and remain independent in their home.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow Personal Care Plan
  • Completes Documentation in a Timely Manner
  • Provides Basic Service (Caring Companionship, Arts & Crafts, Cooking Together)
  • Provides Personal Care (Medication Reminders, Bathing, Grooming)
  • Completes Light Housekeeping
  • Assist in Errands & Transportation
