Retail Sales Asoociate

Hello! We'll keep this short and sweet:

We're not your typical boutique and so we're not looking for the typical retail sales associate. :)

We're looking for an amazing sales associate that is:

• very personable
• incredibly naturally talented at high-volume clothing sales
• super intrinsically motivated to provide their best with every interaction
• knows what above and beyond means in retail (and in life! :) and implements it at all times
• has 2+ successful years in a clothing boutique setting
• experienced in driving sales and meeting sales targets

What you'll do:

• ascertain quickly and accurately what a client's wardrobe needs/wants could be
• style accordingly and offer above and beyond services
• style mannequins
• merchandise displays
• price and steam new arrivals

Logistical information: availability 4-5 days per week (days TBD), can move between the three stores that we have (on West Third Street, Larchmont Blvd and Montana Ave in Santa Monica) but realistically would be at one store mainly.
