The Internet Sales Consultant will be selling automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales. You will need to follow up with internet leads via phone call, text message, and email and ensure that you provide the customer with excellent service from lead inception to close! Requirements: * Call Center experience a plus. * Dealership experience preferred. * Automotive Service experience a plus. * Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills. * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor. * Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process * Must have a valid driver s license. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Self-motivation and self-sufficient. * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Drive to succeed customer expectations.
