Job Description As an artistic and design savvy sales professional you will play a vital role at The Arrangement with the primary responsibility of transforming our clients dreams into reality. This position is critical to the future growth of our company. Foundational and advanced Sales training is provided by the company. You are compensated on a base rate, plus commission structure including a benefit package that includes health insurance, 401k, dental, visions and disability. You must be available to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and some holiday. Agility, heavy lifting and the ability to be on your feet for hours is a must. Our Ideal Candidate:

    • Help to maintain the The Arrangement Sales Culture: people-first, knowledgeable, inspiring and approachable
    • Ensure that every person who you encounter is engaged in a meaningful way, listened to, and assisted in whatever way is most appropriate
    • Provide project solutions by presenting and discussing various home furnishings product options based on your discovery of the clients lifestyle, needs, and goals.
    • Perform consultations and serve as project lead on your clients house calls including the scheduling, pending s, and working with key team members to orchestrate the delivery of the project.
    • Work cooperatively with other team members
    • Assist with general Retail store activities (merchandising, displays, cash register, etc.) including processing client orders from start to finish.
    • Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards
    • Achieve sales targets as set by Sales Manager
