Entry Level Automotive Technician - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated and career minded individual to grow with our team in our new dealership. We have a very high volume, fast paced and highly structured team environment that promotes based on performance. No previous automotive experience required and we provide training in-house as well as by the manufacturer at the regional training center. Responsibilities: * Perform light maintenance services on customer vehicles. * Perform vehicle inspections and advise on any needed additional maintenance or repairs. * Read and follow the guidelines as stated on the repair order. * Keep the Service Advisor updated on the progress of the vehicle. * Work together and communicate with team members to optimize efficiency. * Work closely with team members to ensure 100% accuracy and customer satisfaction. * Keep an open mind and communicate ideas for improvement of the efficiency in our processes.
