Client Services/Shipping&Receiving - Medallion Flooring Distribution - Full-time / Part-time

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii Job Title: Client Services/Shipping & Receiving Hours: Full-Time / Monday-Friday 7:00 A.M. 4:00 P.M. General Duties: * Fielding calls from vendors and customers * Deliver product information to customers as needed * Provide outstanding service to customers throughout the sales transaction * Process orders on the computer and maintain the accuracy of the inventory system * Verify stock on hand * Track shipments * Obtain freight rates from shipping companies * Resolve customer claims with resolution * Accurately place orders with manufacturers * Prepare orders for pick up or delivery * Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or shipping and receiving role * Strong typing and data entry skills * Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel and Word * Professional phone manner * Ability to provide excellent customer service * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Excellent attention to detail * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation: * $16.50-$17.50 per hour depending on experience * Health insurance * Dental insurance * 401K retirement savings plan No calls or emails please
