Spring into action and have some fun ~ we are hosting an Open House on Friday, April 21st from 11:00 to 3:00 and would love for you to join us!! We will have a lot of great food, drinks and treats along with amazing Training and Informational Speakers.
We re excited to announce a guest speaking from The Hospice of the East Bay who will be presenting Compassion in Hospice . The training will be conducted at 11:30 and if you plan on attending, we MUST have an RSVP by Wednesday, April 19th. Please contact Alicia at 925 ### ####. By participating in this course, you will receive a certificate for one hour of Training which can be used towards your State requirements!!
Additional highlights of the day will include a presentation at 1:30 by our Operations Manager, East Bay Region, who will provide updates on the Home Care Industry and how it effects Home Care Aides. Following this presentation, we will have a raffle at 2:00 where you will have an opportunity to win fun prizes!

Requirements for becoming a Visiting Angel Home Care Aide are:
- Must be 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the US for any employer
- At least 6 months prior experience as a HCA/Caregiver OR relevant certification (CNA or HHA), or relevant Caregiving experience.
- Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and motor vehicle records screenings
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Able to provide professional references
- Must be able to speak/read/write English
- Valid Drivers License
- Compassion!! We are looking for reliable caregivers, with a passion for service, family values and a passion to serve
