Ideal candidates have:

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance & dependable vehicle
• Must be 21 years old or older
• If you are a CNA/HHA/MA - must be able to provide proof of certification
• Social security card
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
• Negative TB test - testing available
