No automotive experience is required. We have an in-house, dedicated Sales Trainer that walks you through a 30-day onboarding. This program that ensures you have the tools you need to ramp up quickly with the Honda product offerings and proven sales tactics. Base salary is an option! Candidates that have worked in retail, hospitality or the service industry are encouraged to apply. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Be the expert. Know the in s & the out s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology * Build relationships.
