Assistant Service Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities * Control the flow of work through the Service Department * Work with Service Advisors to maintain high customer service scores * Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service * Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers * Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer * Distribute work between technicians * Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled * Work with the Service Manager to help create and control dealership processes. * Work with the Service Manager to help create effective marketing programs to increase business and customer retention. Qualifications * Technical automotive knowledge * Demonstrated ability to manage others * Organized and friendly personality * Dealership experience preferred * Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager is a huge plus
