Roles: We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for the role of BDC Service Agent. $12.00 hr plus monthly bonus plans Responsibilities: * Use interpersonal skills to build rapport and set appointments. * Play a critical role in customers automotive buying experience. * Follow-up with customers through follow-up phone calls and mail to ensure satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. * Utilize organizational skills to track appointment outcome and sales opportunities. * Utilize written communication skills to document customer preferences, concerns and provide market feedback to management. * Maintain basic product knowledge and information on current incentives.
