Service Assistant (Milwaukee) - Full-time / Part-time

Umansky Motor Cars is in search of a service assistant for our busy service department. This position is responsible for handling phone calls concerning appointments, vehicle status, and backing up service advisors in daily business. Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of calls is required. this position is a full time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. BENEFITS: * Health, Dental and Vision Insurance * 401K * Paid Vacation and Holidays * Health Club Discount * Life Insurance * Disability Insurance * Positive work environment * RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers promptly * Answer incoming phone calls * Obtain customer and vehicle information * Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer * Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts * Establish follow up time * Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently * Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order * Explain all completed work and charges to customers REQUIREMENTS: * Entry level position * Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction * Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is preferred, but not required * Above average energy level * A desire for a long term career with a growing organization * Personal and professional integrity
