Body Shop Technician- (Southfield Dealers Body Shop)

Here s what you ll be doing:

Develop and/or review motor vehicle repair plan estimates.

Repair collision damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards

Remove and reinstall interiors.

Inspect vehicles for dimensional accuracy and test drive them to ensure proper alignment and handling.

Ensure that passenger protection systems function properly.

Attend weekly department meetings to review performance and production goals

Maintain clean, organized work area

Other duties as assigned.

Here s what you ll need:

• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information whether electronic or paper-based.
• ASE / I-CAR certifications are a bonus.
• Above average focus on production and quality.
• Excellent dexterity skills as well as patience, creativity, good judgment and an eye for detail.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
