Water Restoration Company seeks Experienced Water Technician Property restoration company seeks Water Restoration Technician Responsibilities include: * Scoping and inspecting various mitigation damages such as water, fire, mold, wind damage to building and roofing materials *Scope and inspect water/fire/smoke/mold damages at residential/commercial properties. * Maintain equipment and supplies in a work-ready manner. * Operate mitigation machinery (Including but not limited to; extraction machine, mop up pump, dehumidifiers, all other industry mitigation equipment) * Operate carpentry tools (Including, but not limited to; hand tools, power tools, ladders, paint sprayer) * Perform the applied structural drying per the IICRC standards and moisture mapping and documentation for water damage claims * Be available 24/7, when required. Required Skills * IICRC certificate Special Consideration: * Drywall Specialist * Flooring Specialist * Carpentry, cabinet installation/repair and painting * Experience in other construction/restoration Please be advised that all applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Willing to train the right candidate, however compensation is dependent on experience
