Auto Body Estimator for High Volume Collision Center - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionRusty Wallis Collision Center is seeking a dedicated, customer service minded Collision Estimator / Advisor to join their dynamic, high volume store! This position is full time and has high potential to earn $50,000 -$75000 annually, or more! With the most recent weather our area has endured, Rusty Wallis Collision Center has experienced heavier than usual traffic of damaged vehicles in need of immediate repair. With that being said, we have an immediate need to add a Body Shop Estimator to our successful team! What you will enjoy doing on a day to day basis:

Perform the Collision Center processes 100% of the time with each customer.

Promptly greet each patron in a courteous manner and have an awarness for those customers that are waiting, letting them know they will be helped as soon as possible. Communicate with Collision Center customers to determine the nature of their problems and any other issues related to the loss.

Work with insurance companies to provide the best repair possible to our clients. Type up and submit supplements to Insurance companies.

Obtain customer and vehicle information, go over the cost estimate and approximate time when vehicles work will be completed. Inspect vehicle for any existing body damage and discuss with customer. Secure an agreement with customers before any repairs take place.

Resolve customer complaints or issues while maintaining a professional and understanding attitude.

Constant contact with customer regarding their vehicle and what stage of the repair process it is in. Schedule appointments for them to bring their vehicle in once ordered parts arrive.

MUST have a good, clean driving record, valid Driver's License and ability to handle customer vehicles with extreme care.

Prior experience working at a Collision Center is highly preferred, 6months + (training of our processes will take place)

Must be able to pass our pre-employment screening which includes a drug test and a criminal background checl

This position may require Monday- Friday and Saturday shifts. The Collision Center is open from 8a-12p on Saturdays and closed Sundays. Monday - Friday hours varyWhy you are excited about us:
