Overview

Performs a wide variety of administrative functions for Distribution Center or Configuration&Assembly Center. Maintains payroll, mail and ordering of supplies. Answers phone and act as a receptionist for the site.

Essential Duties&Responsibilities Required
  • Ensures all employees are in Kronos and maintains Kronos activity for site Maintains local payroll records and answers all local employee payroll inquiries.
  • Help to maintian site vacation schedule and keep track of absences, etc. Answer telephone as needed and act as site receptionist.
  • Assists, as needed, to order office supplies and warehouse supplies in conjunction with site manager requests.
  • Collects and ensures interoffice mail is sent to corporate daily.
  • Performs copying and faxing tasks for the site as needed.
  • Maintains records of deposits on a daily basis.
  • Supports the compiling of month-end statistics and any other statistics/reports required by site manager on an as needed basis. Meets attendance and punctuality standards.

Preferred Education:

  • High School/G. E. D.

Previous Experience (Years&Type):

  • Previous administrative experience desired.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of senstitive information.
