CNA s and /or CHHA's NEEDED FOR WEEKDAY ON-CALL TEAMS

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking responsible professionals who are compassionate, reliable, and dependable to become members of our weekday / weeknight on-call teams in Edmond, Moore, Norman, Oklahoma City, and surrounding areas!

We offer guaranteed daily rate, shift pay, and mileage reimbursement on assignments in excess of 25 miles.

SYNERGY HomeCare s mission is to enable our clients to live happy, healthy, and independent lives in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, assisted and/or independent living community, or nursing home.


Duties:
Provide general attention to clients non-medical needs
Assist with dressing and grooming
Engage and interact with the client
Accompany client on walks, doctor appointments, and/or other appointments as required
Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the client, such as performing light housekeeping and/or laundry duties
Prepare and serve meals as requested
Remind client to take self-administered medications
Observe and report any changes in the client s mental, physical, or emotional condition to your supervisor in a timely manner
Complete required documentation of services
Maintain HIPAA standards of confidentiality regarding client information
Any other reasonable related duties as assigned

Must have a passion about caring for people
Must be able to dispatch quickly
Must be available from Monday am Friday pm
Must provide proof of Certification
Must provide proof of valid Driver s License and Automobile Insurance
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions as well as document the services provided in English
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
Must provide evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test (or willingness to obtain)
Must be able to pass drug screening
Must be able to pass a national criminal background check and submit to fingerprinting
Must maintain a clean-cut, professional appearance at all times
Must participate in monthly in-service and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requested by SYNERGY HomeCare
