Tom Hesser BMW is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of BMW Genius. The BMW Genius is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales process as well as providing \"world class\" customer service. Use your engaging personality to inspire and excite customers about the features and benefits of the latest BMW products and technologies. Job Responsibilities Include: * Obtain BMW product knowledge through on-line and in-person Company provided training. * Present the latest BMW products and technologies to potential customers. * Demonstrate the features of the BMW model line and provide insightful information during test drives. * Achieves customer satisfaction objectives as assigned by Management and follows up with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction. * Maintain continuous communication with existing customers and prospects. * Schedule all new and pre-owned BMW deliveries with customers and Company personnel. * Responsible for other duties as required by business need.
