Roadready is now seeking candidates for the following: Dispatch / Administrator Seeking a full time Wausau area dispatcher and administrative person duties to include : Dispatch ltl drivers, customer service , coordinate/schedule pick ups and drops. Daily tracking of freight, Data entry of Bills of laidings. Additional office functions such as scanning, filing, printing. The qualities needed for this position include: Ability to multi task & think quickly in a fast paced environment.Must posses Good customer service, phone & driver relation skills.This person must also be dependable and accurate.
Knowledge of logistics and DOT compliance helpful but not necessary.Familiar with Microsoft word and Excel.
Monday through Friday 12pm-8pm on avg. Must have the ability to come in early on weeks when Vacation and work related events occur for others in the ltl dept (typically a 9 AM start time on those needed days and weeks) Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience/skill set. full benefits package to include health dental life and vision insurance 401K plan Aflac holiday and vacation pay.
