CNA/Caregiver - Full-time / Part-time

Right at Home is a locally owned and operated home care agency who serves the Treasure Valley. We are currently looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate CNA who is interested in improving the quality of life for those they assist.

Essential Functions:

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
  • Taking vital signs
  • Measuring and preparing specialized diets
  • Ambulation
  • Personal grooming and hygiene
  • Assistance with eating
  • Mobility
  • Bathing
  • Nutrition and feeding
  • Toileting
• Performs homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to):
  • Housekeeping
  • Laundry
  • Shopping
  • Errands
  • Transportation
  • Meal and snack preparation

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED certificate
• Three months experience as a Personal Care Assistant in healthcare (in homes or facilities)
• Successful completion of state-approved Nurse Aide or Personal Care Assistant course
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate is preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job
