The Internet Services Representative is responsible for providing world class customer service to all customers, both internal and external, ensuring their primary concerns are satisfied. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Reads and responds to inquiries from members via email that include account updates, missing rewards, restaurant information, program details and bonus summaries. * Updates member records according to requests including updating email and mailing addresses, providing user name and password assistance. * Conducts research as needed to assist with missing rewards occurrences and restaurant participation. * Answer incoming phone calls from Rewards Network customers on an as-needed basis; assist with account questions and provide information about the Company s services. * Accurately categorizes member emails based on their subject matter. * Responds to Opinion Lab feedback on a daily basis. * All other duties as defined by management. Position Requirements * High school diploma or GED required * Three years of customer service experience required to respond to daily member inquiries * Ability to type 30 WPM * Experience using call center computer software * AS400 system experience preferred * Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and internet search engines * Strong verbal and written communication skills needed to deal with various personnel both internal and external to the company in an effective and timely manner * Attention to detail Rewards Network is the leading provider of capital & marketing services to the restaurant industry and the premier provider of dining rewards programs to the largest loyalty brands in the U.S. We offer unique products that use advanced technology to bring diners to restaurant clients.
