Job Description Job Title: Project ManagerStatus: Exempt Professional does not qualify for overtimeCandidate Qualification: Supervise residential renovation projects in the Dallas Ft Worth area. This is a high level customer-facing position requiring great communications skills both spoken and written, professional appearance, punctual and an uncompromising drive to exceed client expectations. Must also work in a highly collaborative team environment and maintain a positive attitude and a high sense of urgency. Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects and have a pool of qualified sub contractors is desirable. Residential builder/superintendent experience in the DFW market a plus!! Duties: Customer reporting documentation Repair and remodel residential property Compile, organize and manage project documentation Review budgets and have a full understanding of the scope of work. Confirm scope of work, selections, logistics, and schedule plan with client. Supervise projects and manage close out documentation Manage and maintain digital file organization on our server Manage projects and execute repairs on schedule and under budget. Manage multiple projects at one time. Be able to foresee and prevent conflicts, and mitigate any that happen while achieving customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years construction experienceVisibly apparent Customer-First skills.Proven problem solver adept in securing client solutions.Skilled in con firm ing customer-sat is fac tion prior to concluding service work.Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and be part of team.Proven successful project history (Quality, Schedule, Safety, and Cost).Flexible, well organized, detail oriented, and multi tasked.Available to work flexible hours.
