71 YR OLD FEMALE CLIENT. LIVES WITH HER HUSBAND. DIAGNOSED WITH PARKINSON'S DISEASE, DIABETES AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. AMBULATES VIA WHEELCHAIR. NEEDS ASSISTANCE WTIH TRANSFERS, BATHING, DRESSING, GROOMING AND PERSONAL CARE. INCONTINENT OF BOWEL AND BLADDER. ALSO REQUIRES MEDICATION REMINDERS, MEAL PREPARATION, HOUSEKEEPING AND ERRANDS.

Applicants must have the following to apply:
Must be at least 18 yrs old
Must have a high school diploma/GED
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must have up to date Vehicle Insurance
Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug screening test
Must have at least 1 yr of PROFESSIONAL caregiving experience OR be a licensed CNA ( taking care of family members or private duty work is NOT accepted)
CNT's/Caregivers must be able to:
Perform personal care in assisting with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
Personal Hygiene (Bathing/Showering, Hair/Mouth/Skin Care, Grooming)
Ambulation/Transfers
Eating/Feeding
Continence/Incontinence Care and Toileting
Housekeeping/Homemaker Duties (i.e. dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, meal prep/clean up, clean bathroom, change be linens/laundry).
