MONDAY THRU SATURDAY
10AM - 6PM
HUSBAND (93 YRS OLD) AND WIFE (88 YRS OLD) LIVES WITH SON. NEEDS ASSISTANCE WITH LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING, MEAL PREPARATION, LAUNDRY, SHOPPING/ERRANDS. HUSBAND HAS SOME COGNITIVE ISSUES AND POOR HEARING.. USES A CANE, FALL RISK. ENJOYS BEING AS INDEPENDENT OS POSSIBLE. STANDBY ASSIST WITH ADLS, REQUIRES ENCOURAGEMENT WITH BATHING. WIFE IS DIAGNOSED WITH DEMENTIA WITH SUNDOWNERS. BECOMES AGITATED, DEPRESSED AND FORGETFUL. HAS A BAD KNEE: USES BRACE, WALKER AND CANE. OCCASIONAL INCONTINENCE ISSUES, CAREGIVER TO PROMPT REGULARLY. HAS ARTHRITIS IN HER HANDS. REQUIRES STANDBY ASSIST WITH ALL ADLS. Standby assist with all ADLs. REQUIRES ENCOURAGEMENT WITH BATHING AND DRESSING.

Applicants must have the following to apply:
1 year of professional care-giving experience (in-home or facility) or a CNA/HHA license in the state of Tennessee.
2 valid forms of identification (i.e. drivers license, social security)
Show proof of up-to-date auto insurance, have a valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
Must be able to pass a 7 point pre-employment background check
Must be 18 years of age.
CNT's/Caregivers must be able to:
Perform personal care in assisting with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
Personal Hygiene (Bathing/Showering, Hair/Mouth/Skin Care, Grooming)
Ambulation/Transfers
Eating/Feeding
Continence/Incontinence Care and Toileting
Housekeeping/Homemaker Duties (i.e. dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, meal prep/clean up, clean bathroom, change be linens/laundry).
