The successful candidate will . . . * Be responsible for the day to day completion of assigned work while following company guidelines for operations. * Follow a daily route schedule, insuring timely arrival at each stop. (A company vehicle is provided.) * Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and cross sell additional services. * Utilize the in-depth training provided ensure our services meet our customer's expectations. * Complete all required service-related paperwork. * Light mechanical ability is needed to operate equipment. JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead Technician Reports Directly to the Owner Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Lead the crew and be accountable for the crew s assigned work and must understand and consistently apply structured policies * Effectively communicate with homeowner * Responsible for the proper care and operation of company vehicles * Responsible for the proper maintenance and care of equipment used in the daily processes. * Administration - preparation of reports required by the employer * Quality control - will be accountable for assuring the work completed meets company standards * Recommending improvements to work processes and productivity * Facilitate a safe work culture * Accountable for the safety of the crew and must understand the legal liability of unsafe practices. * Must ensure crew is fit for workday and are following safety policies * Properly clean exterior surfaces using the proper techniques and equipment * Properly apply protective coatings to exterior surfaces using the proper techniques and equipment * Assist in Sales and Provides Estimates to Potential Customers.
