Responsibilities and Duties:

• Carry out the operation and maintenance of the ammonia refrigeration system, HCFC systems, hot water, air compressors, waste treatment operations and their safe and efficient operations.
• Participate in training and skill development in all areas of responsibility
• Work within a total team environment and be able to effectively deal with team members, members of the management team, operations personnel, as well as contractors
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1 year or more of HVAC repair experience in an industrial or commercial setting
• HS Diploma / GED required; Formal training from an Air-conditioning/Refrigeration Technical School is a plus
• Experience with troubleshooting PLC systems and editing codes
• Must be able to work in cold environments and occasional exposure to outside elements
• Must be able to lift 70lbs
• Must have a basic set of industrial tools
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
• Physical/health screen as well as a drug screen are required
