estimator / PM Assistant

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a local estimator / project engineer to join our organization. The job duties will require experience in this capacity. Please do not apply if you do not specifically have experience in this capacity.The position will require estimating of commercial construction projects in all phases of scope of work. Quantitative take-offs for all trades, solicitation of ITB, follow up calls, creating change proposals & change orders, work directives, subcontract distribution & tracking, RFI submission & tracking, compiling close out documents, assist PM's with various items, etc.This is a full time position with our offices in Greenville, TX. Applicant must be local to the area. Compensation is based upon experience.
