Description of Position: The Call Center Coordinator is a specialized, highly trained & skilled member of the Client Care Center which handles inbound inquiries, performs outbound confirmation and follow-up calls, also facilitates interdepartmental communications. Must possess outstanding communication skills, a cheerful and enthusiastic disposition, and the ability to speak articulately. In addition, the Call Center Coordinator must display great work ethics, project a can do attitude in the face of change, enjoy conducting outbound telephone calls with enthusiasm and support the goals and vision of the team. Primary Job Responsibilities: * Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in a scheduled reservation with our dealership. * Master and follow all training materials including inbound call guides and Strategic Responses (word tracks) and to accurately answer all guest s questions. * Keep current with specials, direct mail pieces, and product updates from the manufacturer. * Using the available resources to search for answer(s) to guest s questions prior to the customer arriving in-store. * Conform to scheduling procedures to maximize efficiency. * Expedite customer inquiries, suggestions, and concerns. * Other duties as assigned by Client Care Manager.
