Seeking a dedicated and hardworking Catering Sous Chef who shares our Mission.Essential Functions:Have a passion for quality food & serviceEnjoy & thrive in fast paced environmentResponsible for preparation of food items & menu creativityOrder ingredients with vendors ( produce, meat...)ServSafe Certified or ability to become ServSafe CertifiedWork weekends and eveningsQualifications:Catering experience preferredRequired experience with food prep, salads, grilling and sautArrive on time. No exceptionsAble to implement, practice & maintain Food Safety policies & proceduresValid CA driver s licenseAble to transport up to 50 poundsAbility to load a catering into cargo vanAttention to detail & presentationWorking Conditions:Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8+ hours)Occasional exposure to heat & cold when catering outdoor eventsBe able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds +Commercial Kitchen & Showroom located in Pedro Point- Pacifica , CA 94044*** We offer competitive wages***If this sounds like the job for you, please apply below with your resume.Thank you !
