About this job
We are currently hiring Commercial Fire Alarm Technicians for large scale projects with a reputable contractor that been in business for over 10 years. They are one of the leading fire and property protection services in the Dallas/Fort Worth areas looking to build a great team.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications and Benefits:
6 months minimum experience in structure cabling or fire alarm installation
Perform duties such as running conduit and pulling wire
Install/mount devices such as horns, strobes, pull stations, smoke detectors, heat detectors, sirens, etc.
Texas Fire Alarm License preferred
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
Perform Inspections, service and testing on electronic fire alarm systems at various sites around Dallas/Fort Worth.
Certifications such as Notifier, EST, Silent Knight, etc. is plus.
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Pass criminal background and drug screening
Must have reliable transportation
