Job Responsibilities: * Possess a working knowledge of automotive collision parts * Provide excellent service to our wholesale customers * Must read and comprehend both written and oral instructions and information well and with close attention to detail * Ability to multitask, assisting multiple customers at a time * Works well with others * Excellent phone skills * Prior CDK experience preferred * Prior Ford experience preferred Education and/or Experience: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Two to three years of experience in an automotive parts department.
